My team is a tier 3 network support team. The best of the best. We often know more than the OEM.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall the environment is good and engaging. There is a push from some to do open floor plans but that won't work for us. Not network engineering anyway.
What makes you most happy at work?
That my actions and abilities directly affect millions. It's a power trip in a good way. I feel I owe it to those millions to do the best.
