Very disorganized, much of the software they give us to work with has very frequent glitches and/or just doesn't work. Constantly giving us a brand new way we're all going to do things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's nothing particularly awesome. It doesn't stand out.

Working from home is a huge benefit. It eliminates commute and makes my life more flexible.

They keep us in the loop and informed on how we're doing and how our company is functioning.

They all try to help each other and I can call on anyone to get me out of a jam.
