Sprint undervalues their customers and entry level associates. I would feel better if management were more involved with different stores in the region.
I did not have the best experience working at sprint. I had issues with the clock-in app. I tried it on my phone and on work computers. The app didn't always work and the manager did not care enough to help me. I signed up 5 new customers on the premium plan and did not receive credit.
