It is a good place to work, I wish I got paid more and that their were more recourses to make sure me work was prioritized
They care about making the company work
There is beer at most company events
The company culture encourages people to grow!
SPS cares a lot about work-life balance.
My paycheck, even if it is small,
Every two weeks I get paid!
Helping my customers, and talking with my co-workers.
When I have problems to solve
They care about the company
They seem to really care about growing the company!
the people are really great
They are nice people, and good at their jobs
They get there work done
the people I work with.
Everyone is helpful and cares about getting the job done.
If I was paid more, given more PTO, a chance to earn bonuses, and my sick pay not being the same as my PTO.
In the 4 years that I have been at SPS i have gotten a promotion, but the buying power of my salary has gone down. It is getting to he point where I cannot afford to work here.
Last year I got a 3% raise with inflation being at 8%. I was told by my manager that I had a great year, the team had a great year and the company had a great year. If the best I can get is a 3% raise should I really be trying as hard?
