the overall professionalism and capability of SPS as an employer makes it easy to work here. Looking at things from an internal position it's clear how much thought goes into every move the company makes but that doesn't seem to reduce its ability to stay agile in the market.

Emphasis on and opportunities for continual learning and development as an employee and a person
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
zero support from the top down. my department is never mentioned at larger company events and receives no resources or assistance when we are busiest

at the exec level the results speak for themselves. with the management I work more closely with, the culture that they have been able to create and maintain on a continually growing team is impressive.
