I've been here now for almost six years, SPS has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally and I have enjoyed much success while being a part of the organization.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More formalized bonus structure, pay more in line with industry standard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They come across as normal people, not executives who think they are too good to interact with normal employees

Everyone is intelligent, with the way we are growing everything is very positive and there is lots of opportunity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do great job of communicating objectives and maintaining a positive attitude on getting there - even though the goals are hard to achieve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting compensated closer to market rate for the work I am doing - very frequently I get approached my other companies offering a 25% raise or more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all very genuine people, and I feel like I could approach any one of them without feeling intimidated or worried they would bash an idea I bring to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In our industry SPS pays less than the average, with the cost of living going up as much as it has and other companies offer SO much more money to try and bring talent in, although SPS is a great place to work and I love it here, its tough to turn down a 50% salary increase.
