I enjoy the work I do, feel challenged by it, and am proud of what we provide for the world. I just wish I didn't have to leave and come back in order to be fairly compensated.

CTO is passionate about our products, both current and future.

It's a highly collaborative environment. I know I can always get the help I need from my teammates.

Company hosts plenty of social events, to the point where I know what my CTO's favorite lawn game is (Kuub).

We have high turnover at our company due to people getting paid more to do the same work at another company.

Underpaid compared to comparable roles at other companies. Frequently lose staff to other companies that pay more for the same work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

All they care about is profit. The theme of every all company meeting is "how can we make 1 billion dollars". They're incredibly shallow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

SPS notoriously underpays employees, especially those who have been at the company longest. We lose most staff to people taking similar roles at local companies for significantly higher pay.
