
I think SPS Is a fun and fast paced company that is a great place to grow a career. I also think they have some significant opportunities to ensure they stay a competitive employer especially as it relates to their PTO policy, maternity/paternity leave, and their ability to adapt to staffing needs.
It is a very good company to work for, my complaints are limited to their crappy 401k plan and poor maternity leave benefits.
