It's been pretty great, but it really depends on the team you're on. The pay is incredibly low and the merit increases are even lower. A 1% merit increase when inflation is at it's highest does not cut it. We should be doing more considering how hard everyone works to ensure the company hits goals.
In recent times, not great. SPS had abandoned their employees come first value and has let everyone know.
My team is the best part of work.
My coworkers make me the happiest.
See other responses. Pay people.
Everyone is incredibly kind and supportive. We're truly a team.
Being paid less than new hires at a low level.
It's a fun environment. Decent work life balance depending on the team you're on.
Increase pay to match industry standards. So something about the teams that are hemorrhaging employees.
The managers I've worked with are wonderful and they seem to care about us as individuals.
Everyone is amazing and is more than willing to help each other. The managers are also amazing.
Be more proactive when it comes to notifying employees about COVID contacts. Very disappointed in this. Be clear about what you will do when we reach 1B. Pay your tenured employees fairly.
My team is amazing and deserve more pay. They should be able to fill the bellies and the bellies for their loved ones without worry. They should be able to afford therapy and medicals bills without worry.
Increase pay. It's an incredible slap in the face to continuously talk about our quarters of growth and the excess funds the company has while paying your employees a pittance. The #1 value at SPS is employees come first, but it certainly does not feel that way.
Pay us more. You are allowing competitors to use SPS as a training ground and allowing your hardworking, well training employees to plucked with promise for better treatment and better pay. And your managers tell your employees "If you Google remote jobs, you'll find plenty." Absolutely shameful.
Pay your employees. It is absolutely disgusting for the executive team to flaunt the hard work of their employees by constantly bragging about the quarters of growth WITHOUT paying them accordingly. You did not achieve this goal. Your employees did. Your employees are the backbone of this company.
