Working remotely without the pressure of traveling to the office

Because we live in a region that is not where the headquarters are located.

My pay and benefits do not reflect the 80 plus quarters we were doing great.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Offer a no cost Medical, Vision, and Dental plan specially since we grow steadily for the past 80+ quarters

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because leadership always said that we grow every quarter and employees still have to paid for health/vision/dental insurance as well as high co-pays for doctors' visits and medication. Salaries are not base where you are working at or from. And no annual bonuses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not even having a cost of living increase, that is at least what non-profit organization will give their employees. Have to pay for medical, dental and vision benefits when our company growth every quarter continuously is a slap in the face and the motto "we care for our employees" a big joke.
