It's been positive, even through career changes internally. Everyone has supported me in my decisions. When I make mistakes its teaching moments and assistance instead of reprimanding. I created long term friends and enjoy meeting up with coworkers outside SPS walls.

I've only been supported to keep growing within the company; whether that meant moving roles or departments everyone just wants you to be successful and do whats best for your career. All managers that I have had dedicate time for 1on1s and value me as an employee.

I have been here for just shy of 3 years, have received 2 promotions and several pay raises for a job well done. I have changed teams and immediately felt welcomed and supported. I have been asked to join large strategic initiatives that have furthered my growth as a professional

Being the dictator of my day, the amount of facetime I receive with my executive team and manager, The willingness of everyone to lend a hand if needed, great technology to do my job

Everyone just wants the best for you and your well being. Employees always come first, and it's true! SPS doesn't just talk about the company values but they are truly enforced everyday and it's such a positive and comfortable environment to come into everyday

Our team truly cares about each person as an individual inside the office but also their lives on the outside. We celebrate wins together, encourage one another on projects and lend a helping hand to move work forward. The team is highly collaborative and makes work fun!
