I'm a new hire. My team appears to have an extremely heavy workload. I'm not sure of the other areas of the company since I'm new. This appears to be the reason for such a high turnover in my area. I was told one guy was hired then left the company in less than 6 weeks. It should be investigated

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload is entirely too much. When hired, it was communicated "occasional" weekends & overtime. That's entirely misstated. It's mover like " frequent" weekends & overtime.
