Be a market leader in benefits. Better PTO, Health benefits, compensation, work hybrid flexibility, and parking perks.

As an organization we are the leaders in the Retailer Network then we should compensate our employees as such.

SPS's pay grade is the lowest in the industry and we are losing great talent with not being competitive in pay.

I would like our number one in the industry attitude for what we do as a company actually be reflected in our compensation for our employees at all levels. Be above the market for pay to attract quality employees and compete with the pay/benefits of other number-one companies in their industries.
