Desire to collaborate across departments, the openness of everyone to help or assist.

The collaboration, the interpersonal support, the knowledge and variety of abilities and complimentary skills.

Their desire to be in touch with reality and day to day of our products and customers.

Being able to solve problems for my customers and provide a solution that truly enhances their business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The positive work culture, flexibility and trust my manager demonstrates. My manager does not micro manage, but instead empowers us and supports us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership takes the time to understand what those in lower positions experience. They use this information to shape how we set and accomplish goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I know I can depend on my team for support and to assist in my weakness areas. They are generally pleasant people and enjoyable to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher compensation aligned with the market would be the only way to resolve. SPS is a leader in all other areas, but this area continues to slip.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment of 'no question is dumb' , 'all ideas are welcome', 'no one is so advanced they dont have questions'. Also that my director Jess Florek Hicks' door is always open. She doesn't just say that phrase, she really means it. I trust my managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The closeness leadership has with our team. Our director is very informed as to the good/bad of our current state. Rarely is there a disconnect between my reality and leaderships' perception. I feel my director is always available and accessible to assist/solve/ support in any area.
