Inflation based pay increases for entire company and annual salary base increase for sales.

The opportunity to work on different challenges with customers and help them solve their issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For sales there aren't currently any annual increases to base, cost of living and/or inflation considerations.

We continue to successfully change and pivot as the world and industry change, but not at the expense of what matters most, the people.
