Forward thinking, always providing updates, enjoy Know More to Be More, etc.

Easy to work with and collaborate, helpful, sometimes we even have fun!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In talking to former coworkers, at other companies, who are in similar roles, they make quite a bit more.
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenging, great people to work with, get a sense of accomplishment when I am able to get a customer to a great place!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is ongoing communication about what is happening at the company and new initiatives. I also really like the Win Today Win Tomorrow series.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love solving customer's issues and making them successful! It's like putting together a puzzle and I like it when it all comes together!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are always on top of what's happening and I appreciate the fact there are ways to support black businesses, openness for LGBTQ, mental health awareness, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ongoing updates about what is happening at the company. Also, I really like how we have the KMBM sessions and they are on top of what's happening from a diversity perspective.
What makes you most happy at work?
helping customers, feeling like I have made a difference, feeling part of a positive, forward thinking company who is clearly doing well (based on the performance), being included on what's next
