I love SPS and the opportunities it allows. the people and the products we sell are so wonderful

SPS is very accepting and inclusive

coworkers, figuring out something that has had me stuck

They have clear visions, are approachable, and are really down to earth people

getting to work on exiting projects and working with different teams in different countries
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
comparing my salary to the market regarding my job title, location, and area of business

they are so fun, and have a work hard, play hard attitude. everyone is very approachable and so intelligent

their humor, how much they care about one other, their ability to step in and help when someone needs it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how everyone has the same goal in mind; get the job done, do it well but don't forget to have a good time while doing it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the flexibility they have had with Covid, allowing us all to continue to work from home as this makes the most sense for myself, my family, and our health
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the amount of work, effort, and time we put in each day/week, along with the amount of ARR we are directly contributing to the company, we are not being compensated fairly. When looking at the market around the Twin Cities and US in general, we are underpaid for our role.
