So far, I love working with my manager and teammates. Tasks are tough at times but the customers are really nice.
overall good but could be so much better given company resources.
I like my job actually. It's just that the account I have now is very challenging. Management is reviewing it so that we can increase the resource for this account. Until then, I am doing most of the job and working over which is not good.
working remotely works surprisingly in my opinion
Team is always helpful and approachable.
Recognizing talent, providing clear goals to individual contributors
My salary I believe is okay.
They are really helpful and approachable.
minimal micromanagement from manager and leadership
Solving most problems at my work.
Salary is okay but benefits are just too basic.
pretty much open and confident
I like the leadership team (high level) are transparent.
facing challenges and overcoming them
I like that most people are very friendly and helpful.
Being able to deliver customer's needs and building relationship with them.
My teammates in EST shift are really helpful and super nice.
I like that they are friendly even we are purely remote.
I like how we communicate effectively even we are working remotely.
I like working with EDI technology. I like providing excellent service to the customers.
I think we need more benefits to make it more competitive in the market.
For PH employees, the benefits are less than standard. No retirement package, no medical/wellness reimbursement etc.
Need to get better at proactively asking employees how they are doing, instead of letting employees leave
For my manager, I like that she listens to me and did necessary action needed after our discussion.
We used to interface with SPS before our company was acquired and the experience was bad - very slow response times from Support
I like that even I work remotely, I can talk to my team and my manager. They are approachable and willing to help always.
I like the leadership team keeps me informed on what is going on in the company. I like my manager is a technical person that can help on technical queries.
PH employees seem to be an afterthought for SPS Leadership. No retirement benefits, and subpar overall compensation and benefits package compared to other multinational Tech companies here in the Philippines. I don't see myself staying here long term
The Philippine team barely has any benefits compared to US, Canada and other counterparts. I hope we can also have retirement benefits as well as bonuses similar to other multinational IT companies in the Philippines like Oracle, Accenture, IBM and DXC.
