The people are nice. The leadership team is good and available.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not undervalue, but pay compared to market pay is lower at SPS.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communicates well. Strategic plan is clear and precise. Approachable, doors are open to staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We chat daily since most are remote. As such, one is always in the loop.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Care for one another, share knowledge freely, constantly working to improve processes. It's a good group.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free coffee, pop. Amazing play areas on all floors...and the lounge on 9th, with with views, are all wonderful perks.
