Transparency, openness, and strong drive for improvement and growth in the business as well as the welfare of the tech team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really care about one another. Everyone brings a positive and light hearted attitude to the office, which helps a lot when the going gets tough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honesty, no finger pointing, openness, empathy, knowledge sharing, focused and solution driven, and we get a lot done as a tech core service team despite the large breadth of services.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are a big tech company but the average salary range lags behind other big tech companies in the area. The expectations and responsibilities of my role have increased disproportionately in comparison to compensation increases.
