My wages have gone up, but they aren’t keeping up with Inflation and wage growth.

Everyone is in it for the greater whole. Everyone takes on a lot to help each other.

We all love to win, and we do it as a team. Going above and beyond is the norm.

It's hard not to love the collaboration and the culture - and when we celebrate winning as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation has caused the market to pay more for my role. We should automatically market correct to keep people.

Collaboration and solving complex problems, especially when the problems impact both SPS and the customer. Feels good to make an impact

They have a very ambitious and clear vision with a defined path to get there. They are constantly learning, iterating and improving.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do all of the things you would expect of a thriving company and more. Great company events, supportive of the community, food brought in, focus on mental health and well being. All while still driving very ambitious and successful growth company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The tenure of our team brings depth and breadth of expertise that makes it easy to stay in the lead. It is normal to have 5, 10 or even 15 years of experience at SPS - people like it and tend to stick around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
SPS leadership is laser-focused, heavily involved and very calculated about how we grow. They know just how fast the train can go without getting out of control. I trust them to get us where we want to be and still have a ton of fun along the ride.
