I came to SPS through an acquisition. We were a small company and it was great to learn all of the great practices in place at SPS, and adopt them to grow and launch our product to market in new ways. Despite being a larger company now, there is still a startup feel and mentality to the business.

The leadership team has a tremendous about of breadth and depth. Many incredible individuals with diverse experiences!

It's easy to find people passionate and skilled within the company, and people who care deeply about others and the value we are bringing to market

Our team has a great culture, with many great people to learn from. The team takes pride in mentoring new employees and providing growth opportunities for staff.

At SPS there are so many great people to interact and learn from across many teams at SPS. The people are the best part of the culture!

We have a very well defined and shared culture with corporate values, and team specific cultural elements. It's great that these are freely shared and regularly referenced

I love that we are constantly learning and challenged with some new ways of thinking or working. It's still has a startup culture for a large company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get a mix of stock options, RSUs and competitive salary. The stock purchase program also provides a great way to buy the stock at a great discount.

The culture of the company and within my team are well defined and promoted. Its great to see so many people succeeding together and aligned to providing value for customers

It's incredible how your peers have your back in any situation, and that many have been with the company over a decade make this feel like a large and tight knit family

I like the stock based compensation that leaders in the organization get. For a company with an incredible track record of performance, having stock is an incredible way to grow your compensation over time

For me, there is a startup feel to this company, where each year feels like something new is going on. New opportunities and growth of the teams is constant, so it's hard to get bored

There is a great startup culture at SPS even though we are a large company. You can be involved in innovation, get involved in new initiatives, and there are always great new products and services being created. It's great to have new challenges at your fingertips when you want them
