SPS has changed alot since 2020, mostly for the worse. We have lost paid holidays, lost the ability to stack PTO, lost money due to new insurance changes, and have not been given market quality raises. This company is showing that employees do not come first and the transparency is no longer here

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager, Senior Manager, and Director have shown a personal interest in myself, both professional and personable. They have encouraged my growth both at SPS and me professional knowledge
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite employees coming first being one of our values, our pay does not match the comparable EDI market. Combine this with a loss of benefits (changing health insurance, losing PTO, capped PTO) and employees are not feeling like they matter anymore
