My experience at SPS has been good and I'm thankful for it. It's taught me how to work hard, fast, and about the importance of making meaningful professional relationships. If I can make it at SPS I feel like I can make it in most places.

Everyone is supportive and cares about doing a good job

The people and I feel like supported by the company overall

They seem progressive, smart and humanistic when it comes to creating SPS initiatives

Everyone cares about doing a good job and are pleasant to work with.

I feel the stock purchase plan is a great part of my compensation package

The people who work at SPS are positive, friendly and care about doing a good job. We work quickly.

They seem to know where the industry is going and what SPS needs to do to remain competitive in the marketplace.

Everyday is a challenge and there is always something new to learn. I'm never board and I feel like I'm always learning something.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the compensation package is overall very good, but it's not great. The best part would have to be the stock benefits and the PTO
