Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay increases have been nowhere near inflation in the last two years. In terms of spending power, I've taken a 10% pay cut in over those years. I'm meeting expectations, but SPS isn't.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very professional. They recognize mistakes get made, but there's no blame -- just a desire to improve our processes and systems so that mistakes happen less frequently. This attitude keeps the stress down and lets us try new things faster.
