I think the pay is fair. Although, I do think SPS could offer some extra PTO and/or some extra monetary compensation for the people in technology who are on call over the Thanksgiving holiday. I think the company could at least offer this in good faith.
The 401(k). However, I wish the company would put the full company match into our selected mutual funds instead of having half of the company match to be SPS stock. I don't like the idea of having a single company stock in my 401(k) so I wish SPS would change the match.
