The coworkers are always willing to help each other out, and they are also fun to be around.

I like the generous amount of PTO that we are offered. It is definitely a nice perk and one of the main reasons that I have stayed with the company this long.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the pay is fair. Although, I do think SPS could offer some extra PTO and/or some extra monetary compensation for the people in technology who are on call over the Thanksgiving holiday. I think the company could at least offer this in good faith.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401(k). However, I wish the company would put the full company match into our selected mutual funds instead of having half of the company match to be SPS stock. I don't like the idea of having a single company stock in my 401(k) so I wish SPS would change the match.
