It is a steady company that doesn't do mass layoffs and continues to grow steadily

The pay is good, the people are great, the work is challenging and work/life balance is good. My two complaints would be 1) pressure to return to large in person events/meetings and 2) the medical benefits aren't great and are very expensive. 18% of my salary goes to medical premiums.
