
Overall it has been positive. However, day to day work has been increasingly challenging and I see this negatively impacting the team and individuals. It is my perception that most, if not all, teams I interact with are struggling to deliver. This impacts our ability to work and provide value.

We do not have enough people for the amount of work we have. This can be solved either by getting off projects more quickly, or hiring more team members. The amount of work we have causes critical details to be missed across different teams and this adds to the stress.
