Overall it is good. When I can be self directed it is better. I can see how my role and team will get better in the next few months.

It is pretty good. I am just not invested in the mission and vision. I love how SPS lives its values. I glad to have an opportunity to gain some new skills here. The time off and family leave policies are lacking too much for me to be here long term.

They are hardworking, flexible, funny, work on continuous improvement without being perfectionists.

ESSP. All benefits are better at my spouses company, so we use it for everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living and commuting to downtown is too high for the salary I make. I barely make enough to justify sending my kids to daycare.
