The leadership are doing great from point of view of company strategy and growth. we need more focus on retaining employees from point of view work life balance and compensation packages considering the inflation rate during last year
I got promoted and the % of increase in the base salary is less than the inflation rate. the medical insurance has more options, however my contribution is still high compared to what i used to pay and my manager helped to remove the gap for last year - this is not the case - so no tangible increase
