I've had tremendous opportunity to grow with SPS . I'm thankful for that opportunity. I love the job security I enjoy and the challenges of my day to day work. The only thing that frustrates me is the lack of opportunity for growth for senior staff There seems to be a upper cap to your career, sadly

The best thing about our company culture is that everyone wants to be the best and win. Other companies say they want to best, but at SPS, everyone is actually marching towards that goal every day.

Some of the best things about our team is that we are all invested in each other's success and we all work together to help drive our customers to success. We truly care about our customers and genuiness is something our customers feel in every interaction with our team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy at work when I'm working with a customer and helping them be successful. It's very rewarding to educate them or show them something new. It's even more rewarding to know they will apply that learning and save themselves time so they can focus on growing their own business.
