Being successful. Knowing what I am doing is going to help the company succeed

We do work great as a team. Team members will step up and help anyone having difficulties.

They care about you as a person and you know what is expected of you and they are there to help when there is a problem.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K benefit, 15 percent off of stock purchase. The health benefits are not great. I paid less in my premiums and had better insurance at my last employment.
