SPS is a great company to start out at, and for some, stay forever. the people are the best people ive ever worked with. the people are by far the best part of SPS.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
its pretty well known that if you leave SPS you can get paid more. or if you leave sps and come back sps will pay you more

Ive always heard that pay was low at SPS compared to other companies. Not until recently, when I switched roles did I realize this to be true. The part of benefits that does not sit well with me is the lack of maternity/paternity leave. I would think in 2022 we would have an outstanding program.
