We have a great collaborative team culture. We solve big problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear long-term vision - they're not too consumed with the present to chart a path for the future.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting the ability to contribute to, and lead, projects that are solving very complex problems for now and the future. We're never complacent to stick with the status quo.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If my pay was more competitive with other tech companies in the area. I do feel like I have a good salary - just not as competitive as it could/should be.
