The leadership team truly cares about making a positive impact on the team. The fact that they care about everyone's personal growth as a person speaks volumes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have never felt undervalued at SPS, however, I do believe the work load (at times) does not compare to the compensation. Especially with the world constantly changing in these times. Cost of living continues to rise.
