I never feel silly asking questions, and teammates are always willing to dive in when needed to solve a problem when it arises.

Everyone is encouraged to try new things and to accept failures. It's not about making mistakes, but bouncing back and learning from them.

The attitude toward learning. You are never looked down on for not knowing enough or not having the answer and are always encouraged to expand your knowledge and grow.
