Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I was with Wells Fargo for 8 years before coming to SPS. It felt like a risky move at the time. Now I'm 6 years into my SPS career and have experienced more development and career advancement than would have been possible at Wells Fargo. I've been encouraged in all of my initiatives.

I started as a low-level associate in an invisible finance sub-department and am now manager of a growing team in customer operations. It's been an 8-year journey but every step of the way I have been encouraged to explore development options, had tuition reimbursement, promote projects, etc.
