I love working at SPS. It is such a change from my last employer. I feel like there is almost unlimited advancement opportunities as long as you are willing to work hard and produce results.

I would recommend SPS as a place to work to anyone. It is a great company and takes care of it's work force. The company truly wants not only to retain you as an employee, but also wants to see you grow.

SPS lives the values that they put on their website. That is not normally the case.

They are transparent, the keep us in the loop, they motivate us to do our best work, and they seem to want to grow us as employees.

They care about the team as a whole and want the entire team to win and to grow. We work together and help each other all the time.

We all help each other solve problems and support each other. There does not seem to be anyone on the team that is selfish / we all want to have success together.
