Every year compensation is not reevaluated to mirror the extended responsibility

Closing big deals and celebrating wins with team mates (sales team member)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase base wage, maintain/increase OTE with big quota raises, otherwise we are working 40% harder for the same compensation. This may be a much bigger issue as we race to 1b.
