It's been a fantastic journey. There have been years of trial both on SPS's side and me personally and when one is having growing pains the other stood up to support. Love that.

They are a good group of people. I honestly like them all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Young vibe from top to bottom. Lets not take things too serious but still get the job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They honestly care about employees. Know we have families and good days and bad. I have a lot of respect for everyone at SPS>
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESP is fantastic. I also really appreciate the Foodsby assistance for when I come into the office since the skyway isn't what it was pre-pandemic. Same with Parking.
