Many of the employees embody and live/work with the company values mindset.

Our teams, the people we get to collaborate with and the culture. It is welcoming and collaborative.

What are some of the best things about your team?

All working to drive to the same end result and goals. Synergy amongst team mates continues to get stronger.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

More investment in our ERG groups through education and events for members and allyship, helps create an inclusive culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based on market rate for roles, SPS is not competitive when you compare my role to other SAAS/Technology organizations Small to Large size.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Individual compensation and MIP as well as the ESPP. It is wonderful to have the option to buy stock in our stable, growing company.

What makes you most happy at work?

Doing work that matters. My role impacts the company in a positive way and is recognized throughout the organization not just among my team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Approachable, humble, down to earth. Open to connecting and hearing feedback with "boots on the ground employees" to help innovate and move the business forward. Genuinely good/ethical people.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency in communication. Informal approach to getting to know each employee, I don't feel like just another employee number. Executive Leadership does a great job of acknowledging individual contributions at all levels.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Forging true connections with colleagues and building relationships outside of work. Everyone is always willing to help if needed. It is an environment where you can show up as you are and feel accepted and welcome. All backgrounds/experiences are embraced.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to help customers solve their business problems. Knowing that we have experts supporting and managing their partnership with SPS, I truly believe we are in it with our customers. What keeps them up at night, keeps me up at night.
