Smart, focused, and experienced. And also down-to-earth, personable, and caring.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with cross-functional teams with shared vision and commitment on strategic enterprise-wide projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of opportunities for growth; Culture of working across teams and orgs to get the work done and develop solutions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated, collaborative, hard-working, willing to lend help/knowledge even when it's "not their job". Also fun to hang out with and know on a personal level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all extremely knowledgeable of the business, wicked smart, yet down to earth, approachable, and don't take themselves too seriously. They are not "too important" for any employee, regardless of their role or seniority.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming to SPS was the best career move I've ever made! I love that I found a place to work hard, have fun, and have the opportunity to grow my career for years to come!
