I enjoy working for SPS. I do wish we had more PTO/that sick days were separate from our PTO. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I feel supported by the team and company as a whole.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're SUPER helpful. I feel dumb asking some questions, but nobody makes me feel that way. They don't do anything but encourage me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think everyone should be paid more, just in general. It's nice to be promoted, but then I don't see another raise for an entire year.
