Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's a fast paced and generally fun environment. Lots of change over the years which is fun, but can be very exhausting because there is always a new initiative or shiny thing that we're tackling and sometimes projects can feel unfinished. Overall I like the people I work with.

We have a really positive culture and everyone is willing to pitch in and help one another out. We have a lot of collaboration within and across teams, which allows us to succeed!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better alignment and transparency around SIs and goals. Teams are all going about these SIs from their own department operating plan resulting in similar work being done or creates tensions between two equally important priorities which leaves people feeling burnt out.
