They give me stock in addition to my salary.

I get to spend all day solving puzzles (I'm a developer). Quite fun most of the time.

I can alway call on any of them for assistance as they do of me. Very much a team effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No ones blames someone else for anything. We all do our best, we all make mistakes. No finger pointing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
1) They push decisions down as low as possible. As a result, those of us that aren't managers are involved in decisions on the products we build and support. Very collaborative environment. 2) Strategically, they have their eye on the long-term as well as the short-term.
