The team takes care of its own and is highly collaborative and supportive.
Higher pay for all employees. Not just huge bonuses for sales and executives and leadership.
Higher pay to match inflation and cost of living, and the work that I do to support our org. Our 401K match could be MUCH better to match our company growth. Our healthcare plans are also not great for being the leader of our industry
