What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

SPS culture is consistently working to improve and better itself through the people. We have a variety of DEI groups, all of which are encouraged and supported by management, including (but not limited to) the Black Business Resource Group, Women In Tech, DEI, etc.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

SPS leadership is very down to earth and transparent about our strengths and weaknesses. They consistently review our operating plans to understand if we're on the right track and shift our priorities and budget accordingly. It seems to me they are truly invested in the company and it's people.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am most fulfilled when a customer confirms they've received value from their SPS solution. Usually this manifests in conversations post-go live about how their business ran before and how our project has now saved them so much time and money. I also love solving tough technical issues daily.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is a huge disparity between the benefits that SPS employees in the US receive versus those employees around the world. They consistently say they value us as one team, but the benefits don't reflect that in other countries. As an example, SPS stock is only offered to some teams internationally
