The management teams genuinely want to help their teams grow and help individuals be successful and progress in their careers.
The PM's and the managers are well algined and the new management team is very strong and clear on expectations and will hold all team members accountable vs. not passing along feedback or working on known issues.
There needs to be more options on these questions. The previous one about feeling excited to work each day needs a neutral response. It's not a yes/no question. And driving successful projects, navigating through roadblocks and having good relationships with my customers makes me happy.
