Our leadership team is great at creating focus on the long term vision so that everyone can understand their part in getting us there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In an effort to streamline the number of titles in the company, the expectations of individuals in the same job ladder varies greatly. It can be frustrating when you job requires so much more then someone in the same position on a different team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In my role, I am expected to support and push leaders in much higher positions then myself. The pay scale and equity/MIP compensation do not reflect the value of the position. MIP in particular should be applied to more positions focused on work to drive EBITDA.
